Q. How long will it take to complete the installation?

Q. Does DMJ Services install granite tile on counter tops?
A. Yes, we install grantile tile counter tops.
Q. Are you lic bonded and insured?
A. Yes.
Q. Cement underlayment, how important is it really?
A. During the season changes there are divergent temperatures and humidly which expand and contract wood. This can delaminate tile over time, and cement board helps stop this delamination.
Q. What if I crack a tile years down the road, how can I get tile if that happens?
A. I usually leave a hand full of tile and bull nose pieces. That way you don’t have to worry about finding your tile (might be discontinued) or it may be hard to find tile in the same die lot and installed will look like day and night.
Q. Can you replace tile that has cracked if I have the tile already?
A. Yes, as long as you have the tile I can replace it.
Q. Does DMJ Services guarantee there work?
A. Yes we guarantee the tile installation was professionally preformed and complies with ANSI requirements.
Q. I don’t want tile in my shower because of mold.
A. DMJ Services uses thin set and grout that fight mold but my recommendation is use telex spray on let set and wipe off not wash off.
Q. Should I use shiny marble on my floors?
A. Marble is a soft stone it may be beautiful to look at but when it’s highly polished it scratches easy and with in a short time the scuffs will show your traffic zone.
Solution: use honed marble or a harder stone.
